Chops Lobster Bar

I love this spot! They have tasty meals, their menu is large, The chief cook in that place is a real pro, I love very much eating all their food. The dishes are consistently tasty, the attitude towards the guests is agreeable. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

Above average food for taste and presentation. The staff was very attentive although a little distracted with our fairly large group. I ordered 1 thing and received something else and we had to remind him that some items that were ordered items were missing. Great atmosphere, a little pricey.. the 4 stars reflect “value”.

We were seated immediately after we arrived. Everyone was extremely cordial, and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious. Will definitely return.

Kitchen Story was one of the best meals that I had during my trip to SF! The food not only tasted amazing, but it looked just as good if not better! I sat by the bar and got to witness the brunch rush and was amazed to see that the staff’s attention to detail was unfazed by the rush. My favorites were definitely the omurice and their french toast! Both dishes were so memorable and felt like balanced meals. The dishes weren’t absurdly expensive and were HUGE. When you’re here, you also need to try their famous millionaire’s bacon. I’m not a big bacon fan, but these were some of the best bacon I’ve ever tried. They’re a little chewy and not like the crispy ones you typically have. They have a sweet glaze and are the perfect thickness! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and would definitely come back!

There really isn’t a bad thing I can say about this restaurant. It’s beautifully decorated indoors and out, the service is always exceptional from the moment you walk in and are greeted by the hostess to the staff behind the bar and the wait staff at the tables. I’ve been here numerous times and have never been disappointed. The filet mignon is perfectly grilled and you can choose to have it topped with crab meat or other offerings. I’ve also tried the salmon cooked “chefs choice” which was moist and flavorful. The shellfish appetizer was fresh and perfectly chilled with their sauces – incredibly popular with the whole table! They have an exceptional menu of appetizers to desserts and everything is five stars. Definitely this is a go to for a special occasion, and event or anytime you want to treat yourself for personal to business.
