Cilluffo’s Pizza & Pasta

I’ve been a customer since 2017…. I’m really sorry to leave this review. You guys switched cooks and not only the customer service has changed, but the food quality. Customer service: the small guy with a baseball cap is extremely rude and has no manners, he should never be allowed near a phone to serve as the face of the business. Food quality: pizza is ALWAYS overcooked and burnt under, undercooked almost raw in the middle and the flavor is off. Lately is a mix of either cooking the wrong pizza, when I get the right pizza it comes lacking on ingredients and…. the taste makes me vomit. This place used to be amazing, people were great, quality was there. But now… it’s just an overpriced little Cesar’s pizza place. And maybe even a disrespect to little Cesar’s. So sad.

Best pizza I’ve ever had not even joking. It had the perfect ratio of cheese to crust and that crust was so crunchy and delicious. It made my mouth water. I have tried pizza in so many countries and cities but by far this was my favorite pizza in the world.

Honestly liked this pizza place until I got a pizza that was so charred I almost broke a tooth. I called politely to kindly ask if they could replace my pizza and they said “not my fault, you should of called the night of”. Quite honestly, does it really matter? HORRIBLE customer service and rude employees. They won’t be getting another nickel out of this pretty pocket. Hope your $15 was worth a bad rating 😉

For over 20 years the pizza has always been great. Eating in or taking out.

Came to pick up my pizza today and when I walked in NO ONE WAS WEARING MASKS OR GLOVES . The guy making the pizza wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves . No hand sanitizer anywhere .
They obviously don’t care about this pandemic as much as they should
