City Auto Glass

Had 2 windshields replaced in 3 years due to rocks hitting my windshield. Both times they came to my workplace and did the install while I worked. Very convenient and no issues with adhesion of the windshield or rearview mirror.

I had my windshield replaced by City Auto Glass and they are very professional and do excellent work. They got me in fast and did excellent work. I will definitely use there service again if needed.

City Auto Glass replaced the windshield for me. I called my insurance company because I saw two cracks in her windshield. They sent City Auto Glass out to repair the cracks. When City Auto Glass got there the repair person pointed out two more cracks that I hadn’t noticed in the windshield. He told me that insurance companies generally recommend a windshield be replaced if there are 4 or more cracks. I called my insurance company and they confirmed that was true. The City Auto Glass repair person didn’t have a windshield in the truck so he called his center. They had a windshield at a nearby City Auto Glass center so the repair guy drove over and got the windshield and came back and replaced it that same day. Very personable and very professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND City Auto Glass.

Couldn’t have been better or more helpful. The customer service rep went beyond helpful and courteous, she actively helped me deal with the insurance company, who were being jerks. Once that was straightened out, they got me scheduled quickly. Technician showed up on time, did the work quickly and well; and left the van immaculate- that never happens, especially with broken glass. Great job across the board.
