City furniture has nice items in their showroom, from modern to contemporary. I have bought many pieces from here and have been very happy. I had an issue with a table I picked up from here that has a design flaw. Customer care got involved right away and were able to provide a full refund and free pickup of the item. I’m very pleased with the company’s customer care. It was handled very swiftly and properly. Well done!

My sales person was delightful. Patient and informative. I shopped your competitor. They have the same item basically the same price but I drove back to Boca to buy it here. It was a confusion about promotion for free delivery today. The manager was inflexible, rude And frankly disrespectful. For someone who has purchased close to $20,000 of furniture from you I would’ve expected better treatment. All over a delivery charge. Because of the time spent with the sales person I gave her the order frankly was not her fault but you can kiss me goodbye as a customer
After my review I was contacted by City Furniture. They could not been more apologetic. My issues were resolved completely and my Chair was delivered on time by two excellent delivery people. You have won me back as a lifetime customer. FYI I go all the way back to Waterbed City with you all and in all of these years I have gone no where else.

Purchased a leather recliner sofa, after I got the recliner chair about a year ago. Both good value for the money. The friendly polite assistance in the showroom made my purchase a first class experience. The delivery guys did a phenomenal job bringing my sofa to my condo. Highly recommend City Furniture and I’m sure I’ll return to them next time I need any furniture.
