I really feel ripped off after going here I have great insurance and over 500 out of pocket and the frames are basic never again.
After this review I received a phone call from a very sarcastic women saying this is a high end place expect to pay high end prices, are you kidding me that would be a NO for high end. Proven by that fact I received an email giving me 50% off all frames with lens purchase. When I went back to pick up the glasses I showed her the email and she ignored me and rushed me out. The women with long dred locks.
The right thing to do would be to refund half the price of the frames but since this place is such a rip off I don’t think that will happen.

Cohen’s is simply the best – top notched sales staff and Optometrist. We love Cohens at Boca Town Center!

It is with honor and gratitude that I update this review! Vincente addressed what had happened in an extremely professional manner and really knocked it out of the ballpark with his customer service. Anyone can have a bad day and the true measure of a really great company is how issues are addressed when something doesn’t go as planned or intended. Vincente and the staff at Cohen’s did exactly that – I HIGHLY recommend Cohen’s!

Extremely disappointed – I called earlier in the day and asked if an appointment was needed to bring in a prescription for eye glasses. I was told that no appointment was necessary. When I arrived, there was one other customer in the store and the clerk said very rudely “you might as well have a seat, it’s going to be a while”. I told her that I had called and was told no appointment was necessary. She replied that she was the only one there. I then asked her how long “a while” would be and she said while pointing at the other customer “I have no idea”. I asked her if she meant 10 mins or an hour, some estimate and she repeated, very rudely, while pointing at the other customer “I have no idea”. I’ve gotten glasses from other Cohen’s locations before and was very satisfied. This experience was not only disappointed, it could have been avoided by simply saying on the phone that we only have one representative working at a time expect to wait “a while”.

The selection is amazing and varied. There is so much to choose from it’s hard to settle on just one. The staff is friendly and attentive and truly give you personalized service. You can tell they genuinely care about the service they provide and the people they provide it for. While I was there, I saw many repeat customers stopping by to see what’s new and the staff recognized them all. This store is a big step up from a regular franchise experience. I highly recommend you stop by and don’t forget to say hi to Avery. The cutest eyeglass store puppy ever.
