Pretty expensive

Nice store and friendly check out personnel.

Very disappointed in their quality and customer service. I purchased a pair of boots, style W07997 at Cole Haan in Boca Raton. Unfortunately I did not notice until 4 days later when I was already out of town and needed them that there was a problem. The quality of the right shoe differs from the quality of the left shoe. They look like they’re singles from two different pairs of shoes. One of them also has a cut-out in the fabric which over time will compromise the shoe. I reached out to the Boca Raton store where I made the purchase requesting an exchange, but they told me it is not their problem since I have already worn the pair of shoes (that should not have been sold to anyone in my opinion). I then reached out to their customer service online and they responded promptly on 12/5/19. I responded with the information they requested immediately. They responded on 12/7/19 as follows
“ Thank you for contacting Cole Haan Customer Service.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We will send your information to the District Manager of the Boca Raton store. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for the District Manager to contact you about resolving this matter. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience.”

As of today, I am still waiting for them to reach out to me.

For a pair of shoes over $200 I expect a little more service.

This was an absolute terrible experience at the sawgrass location last night. After entering the store in which I often visit to purchase ALL my shoes for work I decided to purchase some sneakers. Driving 30 minutes from my house to the location I was baffled by the lack of service. Upon entering the store not once was a I greeted, in which I had go ask for the location of the sneakers. After going to the location I noticed two employees chatting amongst each other in which I turned to ask for assistance because I did not see the specific sneakers that I was looking to purchase. After turning and saying “hi, I am looking for” I was completely ignored by the young man that was there deep in conversation as he simply walked Way from me.

I left the store so upset, yet without my sneakers that I drove 30 minutes to purchase. If I would have honestly given this review a (0) if I could.

Terrible customer service.
Love Cole Haan products, as I currently several pairs of shoes (will continue to buy more) just never from this location.
Have been looking at sandals online and decided to go to the store instead of ordering.
The customer service was blah and terrible. Could have cared less that I was even there. Bought the sandals anyway… however, was still upset with the way I was treated and was not going to just give them the sale.
Returned the sandals approx 20 minutes later… again, blank stares and no care in the world. Just gave me my money back and away I went.
Come Haan, please keep making great products… and please find better associates to represent your brand.
