Staff are so rude!!!
They make you feel so uncomfortable!!!

Also, i was waiting for almost an hour on the phone to get info on upcoming info, and after it was my turn, person picks up then hangs up!!! I tried to call back! But office auto voice picks up instead stating office is now closed!!! I waited on the phone all that time for nothing!!! How awful and unprofessional it is for them to hang up just so they can not help one less person and go home!!!

Horrible Customer service!!!!!!! I have been on hold multiple times for over 1 hour!! They have lost my blood samples and urine samples. The only good thing about this place is Dr. Ariel Pascual. Other than that the front desk is horrible and phone manners are the worst! Heather is very rude and she will fight with you over the phone. She has told me I’m wrong and she will make you feel like you don’t even want to come here. If it was not for Dr. Pascual I would never come back.

The office staff that works in the front are rude and takes forever to get the paperwork needed. The girl that helped me in the back, I believe her name is Tammy she is awesome she saved the day. They should avemore people like her in the office

Tammy knows her stuff. Always helpful and caring, I’m glad she is part of the staff. Great essential worker she puts her health at risk to help others. No if ands or buts she gets things done.

This place is great! I have been going for 5yrs. They always take care of everything I need. Nice friendly caring staff. Tyler and Tammy are great, very nice and professional. They both go above and beyond to help and meet my needs and care.
