Conviva Care Center Boca Raton

My husband and I are both patients at Conviva and Doctor Medina is fantastic. She is very thorough of her exams, studying the results of labs and going over everything to ensure we are both getting over what our ailments are and that we are on our way to being as healthy as possible. As for the office staff, everyone is wonderful, out going, sympathetic and helpful. We had been going to Metcare before the office became Conviva and are glad we stayed to get such care from all the professionals there.

I needed a new Primary in a quick hot minute between 1surgery and the next one this office was kind enough to accept me as a new patient and get right on my blood work and all of my issues right away I have a lot of different other doctors and Specialists I see and they’re working with me to try to keep all the ones I’ve been seeing for years . Dr Sureshkumar and her staff have been amazing in providing care to my mother. I have always been able to see the doctor in her many times of need. She is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have known in Boca Raton. This is very thorough and genuinely concerned about her patients welfare. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
