Core Evolution Lagree Boca

Having been a college athlete and tried lots of workouts throughout the years, I can honestly say this was the workout I was missing in my life! It is hard and challenging even if you have worked out your whole life. Any guys reading this don’t be shy come try it! My first class was only $15 bucks

I tried one other local studio for my first reformer class and liked it fairly well. I decided to give Core a try and I am so glad I did! The instructors are extremely knowledgable and really take their time to explain each movement. I have seen such an improvement in my muscle tone since I started and by the looks of the other students in the class I can tell it will only get better. I highly recommend it!!

I used to hate pretty much any kind of exercise until my girlfriend talked me into trying Core Evolution. I enjoyed the first class so much that I decided to sign up for a month. The instructors have all been very helpful with showing me how to do the different exercises and are always very upbeat and motivating throughout the 50 minute classes. Every class is a little different and targets all the muscle groups with a focus on the core. The evening class sizes are usually pretty small, the music is great and the studio itself is very clean. After only 4 weeks I am already starting to see some small and positive changes in my body and I’m very excited to see the progress that comes in the following months! I highly recommend Core Evolution and am so happy that I decided to give it a shot myself!

I took my first Lagree class here last night and had the BEST experience! I decided to take a 1 on 1 private class first to get myself familiar with the equipment and the moves. My instructor Daniella was so helpful and friendly during our session. The studio is bright, clean & very welcoming. I also love that they offer a 3 month package for brides looking to get in tip top shape before walking down the aisle. I will definitely be going back to Core Evolution, highly recommended

Got to try the new Boca location of core evolution when Sebastian was visiting. Not only I felt so lucky that I was able to train with him, but was so glad to make the trip down to Boca and explore the new studio and the neighborhood. The studio has so much daylight which I love. It’s so clean and lots of positive energy is flowing all around. I also fell in love with the cute neighborhood that is trendy and hip .. It was a great Saturday morning for me and I would want to make the trip every now and then to train at the new location. When its core evolution, it’s worth going everywhere I also got to finally meet the lovely Marina.
