jeff cozzi was business partners with someone who tried to sell us a house. jeff had ownership interest in the property. the house had extensive unpermitted work done to it. jeff lied on the property disclosure, and had his title agency lie to us as well. we got a lawyer involved then the city found out about the unpermitted work. jeff and his partners backed out of the contract after we paid for a home inspection, appraisal, and legal fees. left us high and dry.
