Crate and Barrel

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a bed from Crate and Barrel and twice is was scheduled for delivery and they canceled on the morning of the first time and the second time they no-showed. I couldn’t get through to their customer service line after being on hold for almost an hour and a half, and their response was pathetic when i finally got through. There are so many great online retailers – and this is not one of them. Spend your dollars with a company that cares about customer service!!!!!!!

I ordered the Bonavita Cosmopolitan 1.3L Variable Temperature Gooseneck Kettle and the display was broken. Sent it back only to receive a replacement about month later, again, display is broken and the item looks used as it had stuck on debris on the cord in several places. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this product and crate and barrel’s customer service. I just ordered this the end of January and now it’s no longer available on their website. Junk and a ripoff. Would give item and experience 0 stars if I could.

The service is not the same for every customer. Just had the lady in front of me at great service, then it was my turn and I got very poor service

This retail store has the worst customer service.It’s not the first time that I feel uncomfortable in this store. The employees feel like they are the owners. They lack of patience and kindness . Really, I don’t know how I still wasting my time buying from stores. We all should buy online. Probably, all the good comments come from their staff
