OMG!! I love Cross Country mortgage!! They were very professional and made sure that our loan was closed smooth and fast. We were denied by a previous bank with another broker. Alex was able to restructure our loan package to make it work for us. I can not thank Ryan and his team enough for their help with purchasing our first home. I spoke with numerous mortgage lenders when we first started getting quotes and after the first two minutes of speaking with Ryan on the phone I was set on working with him. Ryan was so professional, knowledgeable and such a genuine guy; he didn’t make it seem like we were just another transaction, you could tell he truly cared about our best interests and was passionate about what he does. The whole team was so responsive and always answered any questions I had no matter the time…even at 8:30 PM!
