As a prior body builder, I find that Pilates delivers
results I can not achieve with weights and cardio alone. It is a wonderful adjunct and when taught
properly , wonderful for your core and physique .

I have been a private student of Edie for about 5 months. As a 53 year old active man who played division 1 lacrosse in college, I thought I understood how to train to develop core strength. After being trained by Edie I can say that I didn’t really know how to do it. Edie understands physiology so well and she knows how to explain correct movements and their reasons.
