Delray Bay Apartments

I’ve never written a bad review for anything. I have lived here for 11 months and this is the third time this has happened. I get locked out of active building when I try to pay my checking method on time and they add late charges. This is a computer error on Delray Bays end. I work a job and go to school and don’t have time to go into the office when they are there so I tried to call in a few times and no answer. It’s not fair to add late fees onto my rent three times in a row when I was paying rent on time before with that same payment method. It doesn’t seem like anyone wants to help resolve this issue.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and love living here! It’s a great community, good location in east Delray, nice amenities and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Jessica and Jill in the office are always so pleasant and get back to you very quickly with any questions or concerns. Sean and Don with maintenance do a great job and respond in a timely manner to anything that needs tending to.

Only complaints would be my unit had a roach issue for the first couple of months living here – however pest control did keep spraying and so far haven’t seen any more since the last time they came in and sprayed. Hopefully they’re gone for good! Also the community has “unlimited open” parking which can be very frustrating that the people who pay to live here don’t even get a designated spot in front of their unit. I know many people who either have multiple cars, or just park here and don’t actually pay to live here, that take up our spots which is definitely frustrating when you can’t find a spot to park and you’re the one paying for it. I’ve come home several times already from work, or when the weather has been outrageous and have had to park across the entire community before because all spots in front of my building were taken. If they could give tenants actual parking spaces per vehicle that’d help all the parking issues, then any visitors can just park in the remaining open spots. Additionally, there is always iguana poop along the pool area and pool edge. That could definitely be kept up with a bit more!

Great place to live. Lovely wooded area surrounded by magnificent old Banyan trees with apartments that are more than ample. Place looks great, feels great and the management is available whenever needed.

Great place to live, the service is great. Everyone is tuned in to the residents and their well being. If anything goes wrong they get to you right away, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. Great location as well, close to atlantic avenue, and many other prime locations. They also have great events for the community.. Yoga, hula events, etc. Great cozy place to live, they make you feel at home.
