Delray Buick GMC

I couldn’t be happier with Delray Buick GMC. They made the process easy and comfortable. I started with the online process and proceeded with an in person telephone conversation with my Salesman who I immediately was comfortable with. We discussed the vehicle I was interested in and what type of vehicle I wanted to trade. There was no pressure and we were able to get the basics outlined before meeting in person. I took a few pictures of my trade, and when we met, they agreed with my assessment of my vehicle and immediately made me an offer. The management took an interest in my new vehicle and called me personally to congratulate me on my new truck. I recommend them.

Fantastic service always. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past year. From Kyle, to Mike, to Alan, the entire purchasing process is so well streamlined that it literally takes only 15 minutes out of my day. The paperwork is hand delivered to my office, and everything is done so efficiently. Their customer service after my purchases is the same exact way. If I have any issues, I shoot Kyle a text and they take care of it immediately. They are stellar.

Three for Three!!!👏👏👏Your service department is consistently outstanding!
Frank is the best! He is professional, competent, patient, friendly, pleasant, honest, genuine, accommodating and he always goes over, above and beyond to help me. If I were to compare bringing my car to Frank for service vs all the other service departments I used in Florida and NJ it’s like being pampered in a spa vs being tortured in a dentist’s office! Thank you Frank!

Jordan and Greg always make us feel welcomed, like we’re part of the “Family”. The service team is great as well. We go there because they know how to treat their clients and we refer allot of people to then because of their great customer service!!

Robert in service is outstanding. He is a great communicator, extremely understanding and easy to work with. This was my first time at this location but I will definitely be returning and referring friends and family! He was able to identify everything wrong with my Sierra and get it back to me in 24 hours.
