Had an appointment at the shipper at 11 Am everything was fine till someone had an accident, told the guy that I was going to be late due to the accident
I had not delivered yet was only about 4 miles from where I was going to pick up. I called the customer and they were fine with it, then the guy pulled the load and said, that the customer was going to take care of it themselves which was a lie they reposted the load I was only going to be 30 minutes late .

They send you the paperwork that has pick up time for the load that someone missed yesterday while lying to you on the phone/email that the load is scheduled for today. Of course you realize that only when you get to the shipper. On top of that, they can’t even spell the address on the BOL (both the numbers and the street name) correctly. Avoid at all costs, we need places like this one to go OUT of business, not to stay IN it.

DTS is great brokerage with faithful values. This company always do what’s best for the customer’s freight as well as helping the carrier that moves the freight for us. Everyone in the office is a problem-solver and they are always there to help.

Throughout the COVID 19 crisis I have personally witnessed the professionalism and dedication of all the employees at Direct Traffic Solutions. From the the day to day no fail service for our customers to the concerns for safety of fellow employees as well as all our customers and carrier partners working remotely during these challenging times.
