My family and I have been going to Dr. Kubiak for about 5 years now. Due to insurance, we missed one year and it was aweful! Dr. Kubiak, although rushed (nature of healthcare today), is quite thorough and friendly. We know we’re in good hands with her. I recommend her highly!

I have going to Dr. KUBIAK since about 2002. Loved that u can get in and out, with a scheduled appointment. Emergency appointments are pretty much impossible these days (2014). Sad that she has no REAL time to listen and try to understand anymore. Seems she was very frustrated with ne for being afraid if certain procedures of a physical, and asked “DO YOU WANT TO DIE”. did not even bother with routine EKG or x rays.
