Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Dr.Garrod is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was taken back 10 minutes BEFORE my appointment time—was in and out in 30 minutes. All around amazing experience. Usually, I end up waiting hours to see a quality doctor. Here, you get the best of both worlds. Little to no wait and amazing medical care. I didn’t know it was possible to receive this level of care. Needless to say, I’m impressed.

On Monday I had an appointment in this office and the doctor’s assistant was not wearing a face mask during this pandemic, I asked why after she came into the small exam room for the 2nd time and she shrugged her shoulders I did lodge a complaint and the ofc manager assured me that the assistant is safe: I cannot understand how an office can post on their door, inside their waiting room, take the patients temp, ask questions and then allow a worker to not wear a mask. The doctor I saw was very nice but he and the office need to take better care of the patients that are entrusting their health to them.

Dr. Garrod is phenomenal and is a consumate professional. He is at the top of his field and is a mentsch.

His front office staff, in particular, Theresa and Brittany, are top notch. They are courteous, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with.

Other medical practices should observe how this office is run and take notes.

Dr Esmaeili is wonderful, and the staff is friendly. The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is because of the wait time. I have visited the office 4 times, and always have to wait at least 45 minutes before seeing the doctor, which is an annoyance. They need to realize that a patient’s time is valuable and improvements need to made to scheduling to avoid these prolonged waiting periods.
