Dr. Marc B Klein – Podiatry

After seeing numerous podiatrists and an orthopedic specialist for my plantar fasciitis over the past two years, without any relief from my pain, I finally found the answer…Dr. Marc Klein. Although I have had orthotics prescribed in the past, they never worked, so I was skeptical when Dr. Klein said he had the answer to my problem. He fitted me for orthotics and took the time to explain everything. Since I have been wearing the orthotics from Dr. Klein it has been a miracle. I am happy to report I am pain free.
Dr. Klein is a caring professional and takes the time not only to listen, but to explain everything.

Look no further, Dr. Klein is the BEST in the business!

Our son is a competitive tennis player at a very high level and was experiencing all sort of aches and pains when we first met Dr. Klein in the fall of 2019. We are so thankful we met him when we did.

Dr. Klein took the time to learn about our son’s training and competition which led us to having him make custom orthotics for him. We have learned so much from Dr. Klein about the role the feet play for the rest of the body’s comfort and after transitioning from over the counter orthotics, our son could not be happier and more comfortable than he is now, both on and off the court.

It is now February 2021 and Dr. Klein just made two more pairs of custom orthotics for our son. More than anything, it is the genuine care and attention that Dr. Klein provides our son and his patients that sets him apart from his peers.

I purchased a pair of custom made orthotics for arch pain from Dr. Klein. Prior to visiting Dr. Klein I had purchased a pair of “over the counter” orthotics at a specialty “foot store” . The difference between the custom made and over the counter version was like night and day. Dr. Klein’s office staff was also very helpful not only in trying to squeeze me in for an appointment but also in helping with an insurance claim.

Dr. Klein is AMAZING! I have an extremely nervous 8yr old who had an ingrown toe nail. The amount of patience, kindness, and professionalism he exhibited were truly remarkable. Look no further!

Dr Klein was an amazing physician, and helped with all of my needs related to an issue with foot pain. His office/billing manager, Jill, was vulgar, rude, and the MOST unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with in health care; Mind you I have been a nurse for over 10 years, and have dealt with a wide variety of patients, staff, and physicians, and have never been spoken to in such a way. I had an outstanding balance since being seen in October of 2020. The date of appointment was the first week of October. I have not received paper bills from this practice, only PDF’s emailed to me to where I have to enter a password, to which no password was ever provided. I spoke with the office on January 25, 2021 and provided them with my HSA card to run today 2/2/21 for the entire balance of a whopping $140. She called me and started yelling when the card did not authorize. I requested her to run a partial payment on the card, to which she refused and screamed, “If it is not paid in full by the end of the day, I am sending the balance to collections.” I then asked her to wait a day until the HSA funds cleared, to which she refused…Just an FYI for the person that attested to the same issues as myself, that they had no such patient listed, I am pretty sure that is a HIPPA violation to even mention a patient’s name. Have a nice day.

02/03/21 To follow up with the response as provided by the office, the person who replied to my review failed to disclose that Dr. called requesing me to take the bad review down based on the fact that it could hurt his business, and that the bill would be “written off and taken care of.” He explained that sometimes people had “Bad days.”I asked if he was a family to which he replied that it was in fact, his wife.” I asked them to run the card a day later as I am not in control of my deposits into my FSA accounts. I was so upset on principle alone, that I would not be removing the review. Why would I use another card to pay a balance, when I have a FSA account to save on tax benefits. This whole situation could have been avoided by acting professionally and running the card today, instead of Tuesday, to which I requested her to run a partial payment and run the remainder the next day. Just my two cents
