Dr. Tracy A. Burton, MD

Tracy Burton’s office is fantastic. I had an appt today. I didn’t wait long in waiting room the staff was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Burton came in did exam, it was not uncomfortable at all. I don’t understand all these negative reviews.. It truly couldn’t of been better thank you guys for making the experience so easy!

i had the mirena put in a few months ago and i had it taken out today because it was out of place. it was sideways and when i was having my ultrasound at a different doctors office they had a hard time even seeing that there was an iud in there. the insertion with dr burton was unpleasant and very painful. i brought in my niece and the medical assistant was rude and made snarky comments about me bringing her to that appointment. i definitely do not recommend.

Completely incompetent and unprepared staff.Lack of communication and sheer common sense.
Took almost one month for simple lab results then another month for a biopsy report.Worst office I’ve ever encountered .

The 2.2 rating on here is highly generous. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. We have had multiple hiccups already with this practice where they dropped the ball. My wife is at 12 weeks right now and we haven’t even been able to see a doctor at this practice yet, only a midwife. The midwife was actually nice. The exact opposite to be said for Dr. Burton. She waltzed into the room and said “So what brings you here today?” — Really? We’re there for our 12 week checkup and she didnt look at records? Then when we calmly and diplomatically voiced to her that we are concerned about certain things with the practice that have happened so far, she said “Okay well then you can leave”

We were completely shocked. She didn’t even take a second to inquire what our concerns were and just told us that we can leave if we want. We certainly would never let her continue to care for us and our baby. We still cannot believe the level of rudeness and lack of compassion that Dr Burton exhibited.

If you ever consider going to see her, run the other way as fast as you can.

I really don’t understand the bad reviews. This office delivered my twins 11 years ago and I received nothing but excellent care from everyone in this office . Being in nursing myself for over 20 years I can positively say that no office is not going to have a wait bottom line ; unless they are not busy because not many people want the doctors in the practice or they rush their patients! I have never been treated rudely by anyone whether over the phone or in office . This is a wonderful practice with great staff and doctors.
