Bartenders are moody and act like you owe them something besides the tab. Had an issue over my bill and I conceded to what was unclear about their 2 for 1 drinks anyway. Lady talks herself out of a nice tip. What foolish behavior.

We ordered curbside to scratch the itch for bar food… The ordering process was very convenient. We placed the order online, I called when we arrived to let them know that I was outside, and a few minutes later there was a woman with our order asking if we wanted the food in the back seat or trunk.

She didn’t hear us very well, and we didn’t hear her very well because of the mask but it may be a good idea to make that an option on the online ordering portal – where would you like us to put your food? Backseat, trunk, or other? Just so there’s less confusion.

The food was packaged perfectly and they were generous with the sauces. Overall, very happy!

Food was great, service was even better. Adam did a great job tending to our table and making us feel like valued customers!

Same low quality experience

I don’t usually go to this location anymore, because I have had many many many problems in the past.I had $10 MVP points that I wanted to use because I don’t plan on visiting again any time soon. All of these issues are years in the making.

I’m m giving this Duffy’s 2 stars rather than 1, because our server was nice and was doing his best. No manager or help to be seen.

Tips:
Set-up for each party member.
Ashtray when requested
Have condiments readily available and delivered promptly.
Clean restrooms
Maintain the patio
Exceed expectations rather than providing service that is well below industry standards.
Manager: how about greeting every table and show your presence.
