When on vacation in Orlando, a friend of mine was raving about Ecco shoes. Naively, I paid US$ 135.00 for a pair of Yucatan sandals. However, upon arriving at home, I realized I should have bought one size bigger. Since I live very close to Town Center Mall, I went to the store to just exchange for another number. Unfortunately, they told me they cannot exchange my sandals. Even though I paid full price, if I have bought it at the outlet, I have to drive four hours to Orlando to exchange my unworn sandals. Not exactly an American style store.

For the last two years, I have been buying Ecco shoes from Eda in the Boca Town Center store. She invariably makes the comfort of my feet her paramount concern. I have even brought in non-Ecco shoes for her to evaluate on my feet. Doing business with Eda, and with Stuart as well, is always a pleasure. I always make the Ecco Shop and Eda my first stop in shopping for shoes. It’s like having a relative or good friend in the shoe business.

The selection of shoes was great. They were very stylish and comfortable.
