Einstein Bros. Bagels

Ordered a 2 breakfast bagels a pastry and drinks. I get not speaking the greatest English but how was it they didn’t have the pastry I was looking at and the bagels I ordered and just chose to give me something else and didn’t even tell or ask me. Then I’m looking at my bill and it seems super off because I ordered this more than once I’m a regular in Coral Springs. I get frustrated enough to just say whatever it’s fine I’m hungry. I go to eat and notice the freaking bagels are Spicy and look so off. They sold my coffee cake to the drive threw and gave me a cookie to replace it with out even asking me. I’m beyond annoyed

One of my favorite place very friendly girls and guys always is a pleasure to see a happy 😁😊 smile face in the morning .

I like this place but unfortunately lately the service is horrible, they change employees and some with bad attitudes. When you provide service be nice otherwise people will go somewhere else. Below is my review fro 3 years ago, back then I rated 5 stars but for now it deserves only 1.

I have to be honest when I say the only thing I ever got from Einsteins was the bagels and who in their right mind doesn’t love the bagels from this place. That said the other day I got what they have is a bagel Rito and some hash browns for breakfast. My God was that not one of the top 10 breakfasts I’ve ever had in my life! The Bagelry dough was just absolutely unbelievably delicious. It had a little bit of a kick from the spiciness and it was so chewy and gooey it was just awesome. The hash browns were just creamy like I’ve never had before and they were just so flavorful. Seriously, forget about ordering Bagels the next time you go here and order just irregular food item that they have off their menu you will be in for such a surprise.

I have been coming to this place for several years since I lives close by, with this Covia outbreak I think restaurant businesses should take A little more responsibility about employees working and following the CDC guidelines today Monday around 8:20 in the morning I walking into your location and there was 2 employees the lady in the drive-true and the one taking walk ins (took her mask off) i order my food and she prepared the bagels wrong and she did not
Even care about putting her mask on at all by that time there where 3 employees. If you like you can check your cameras around the 8:20 and you will see that lady with the mask hanging on her face.
Not everyone is inmune-and just in case Florida broke 15k infected people on a single day yesterday.
