Just writing here to recommend giving your business to a company that cares for your credit improvement and not just your monthly payment. I worked with this company a few years ago and they were great and on top of my credit improvement, with disputes, follow up calls and emails. They did great things for my credit within a few months and i was happy, so much so that I recommended 3 or 4 of my friends who signed up. Jamal was my technician and he was great. This time around Vanessa was the one with my profile and sadly it was a pretty poor experience. She did my first disputes when I signed up and after that never cared to follow up or make sure there was any success. I feel cheated and that this company grew into nothing more than caring for the monthly payments and not quality/credit improvement. I’m sure this one be their last bad review unless they change back. Good luck.

I would give 10 stars if I could. This company really helps you improve your credit score and also takes the time to explain to you how to maintain a good credit scores.
