Doug and his team are amazing we were in town to see a concert and his were the best prices in town. He worked with me to find the right limo for our group and was very easy to communicate with. We rented the Dodge Charger limo. On the night of the event our show got canceled! Rick was able to in a pinch extend our times and change the pick up location so we could enjoy some Miami nightlife instead. Rick was our driver and more then accommodating. He kept the soft drinks stocked and made sure our champagne stayed iced and cold. We added several stops to our what was originally a relatively short list. Rick did it all with a smile and got us everywhere safely. He was also great about getting us right up front at every venue which is not easy in Miami traffic. Next time I’m in town I will absolutely go with them again!!

Also,there was no issue with the AC or sound system like I saw on a previous review. We had our phones connected via Bluetooth all night.

Driver was nice. That’s the only thing good I can really say about this experience. The radio was outdated or something no one could connect any device to it at all not even the driver!!! Was suppose to accommodate 10 ppl very tight fit and to make matters worse the A/C was barely working!!! Price wasn’t bad but I see why! Do yourself a favor shop around before using this company!
