They told me that they could tune my 5.7 Hemi with a Holley Dominator engine managment system; charged me over $1000. The car was no better then when I dropped it off when I got it back, and they wouldn’t answer my calls afterwards. I had to get a real shop to diagnose and repair the issues they created/ignored. It has been about a year and no contact from this business. Horrible customer service!!!!

Excellent service! Rob and his team are great! They do a phenomenal job, truly! I would recommend to everyone that I know!

My check engine light came on when I was in East Boca. The dealership was too far away and I didn’t know how far I could make it. My Maserati was acting a little weird so I did a google search and Excell auto sport came up. I spoke to a girl by the name of Ashley and right then and there I knew I would be in good hands. She told me they will fit me in on their busy Friday and take a look at the car.
When I brought them the car they offered me a ride back to my office and said we’ll be in touch. I got a call from Rob stating I needed some new parts but the delivery truck was already on its last route so they said the car might not get done today…. He could sense the frustration in my voice because I really wanted the car for the weekend so he said he would make something happen. Long story short, he called me back in a few hours and said the car will be ready at 6pm. He sent one of his guys to go get the parts at the dealership in Palm Beach!
I got there a little early and the car was already ready and they even had it washed for me!!! Any other service shop would have called it what it was and left the car for Monday. I know where I’ll be going for now on. I wanted to share my wonderful experience. Thanks Excell Auto Sport!
