Extended Stay America – Boca Raton – Commerce

My boyfriend and I have been staying here now for over a month as we are in the middle of moving, the staff are excellent and very understanding and helpful I have dealt with two of the managers Wysline and Antonia they have helped in numerous ways and are always available when needed. The grounds are clean and quiet and the rooms are very homey clean and decorated nicely makes you feel right at home, its family friendly and you can usually always get a great deal. Were hoping to move into our place soon and will always come back if needed in the future.

The cleanliness was a bit worse than last time and we asked for towels for 2 days and never received them. But they had the audacity to come to the room to make sure we were leaving. Didn’t see any iguanas this time either so it was a bit of a let down. But the view of the moon and the stars facing the lake was beautiful.

Amazing customer service! My boyfriend and I had trouble checking in since we booked through a 3rd party booking site but Robert at the front desk was incredibly helpful and polite. We were so grateful for his service. 🙂

They had bed bugs !! NEVER AGAIN
