Supporting the bookstore ! Every time I come in here someone puts a smile on my face with their joke or just words of encouragement! They have pretty cool notebooks for journaling .

Clean and friendly staff… Masks required 😷 prices not bad for the product they deliver…

This place is either under staffed or highly unorganized. Came to pick up an online order and had to wait in the sun for over an hour and a half. I understand that this pandemic, but at least put up a tent or something for shade or offer free delivery instead of long wait times.

I’ve called 8 times in a row in the last 20 mins. The first time i got through to someone, then transfered to a line that was “not recieving messages” and was asking for an extension # that i dont even have. The following times i was unable to reach anyone. Super frusterating. Now I have to drive to the school unaware if my textbook has arrived or not. And im locked out of the bookstore/campus store website for failing to sign so many times.

Buy your books elsewhere. They do not care about customer service at all. If you place an online order and for whatever reason the book does not make it to you —- it’s all on you to figure it out with the carrier. The FAU Bookstore offers nothing. So while your classes keep moving along you’ll either need to buy another copy of the book or go without.

Thanks FAU Book store for taking my money, delivering nothing, rudely handling the issue, and wiping your hands of all responsibility.

You get an F.

I will do everything in my power to procure my books elsewhere and advise you do the same.
