Firehouse Subs Boca Raton

CANNOT follow instructions. Ordered a LARGE fountain drink on 3. Seperate occasions. Each time i received somethin different. 1st time a small 16 oz bottle, second time they actually read the order and got it right. THIRD TIME, they sent nothing DESPITE me specifically paying for the larger size. I will not be reordering from this location anymore.

20 years is a firefighter paramedic and I’ve never been to Firehouse Subs. They told me that two firefighters still own this joint. They’re everywhere, so I decided to give them a try. I’m assuming it’s what I ordered, it was some type of Saucy meat sub. It was too sweet, it was Dripping while I was eating it. I did not like it. I believe it was the brisket. But again, this is just my opinion and it does not make this place a bad place to eat at all. Firehouse Subs are opening everywhere it seems. They’re actually taking over Subway in my opinion. The price is expensive. They have three different options to have a short 4 inch sub a medium 8in Sub and a long 12in sub. The 12 inch sub is going to cost you at least ten bucks. Again, I’ve only been there once, I do plan on going there one more time just to see how their BLT is or the regular Italian sandwich is. I can tell you one thing, the service was extraordinary. So many times I’ve been in two different Subways, and the people there did not want to be there. Well, this Firehouse Subs located off of beracasa way in Boca Raton had the most delightful people working there. There was this girl, and she was so sweet and so kind and professional. She really went out of her way in explaining to me the menu. Her fellow employee was relatively new on the job, but he too was also very professional. Give it a try! I’ll definitely be back

I was in a hurry and wanted a quick sub.
I was not expecting much but I was really hungry and had to get on to my next appointment.
I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
The sub was toasted, the bread was of good quality, much better than the ones used at many other sub places.
And to top it all off they gave me a a pickle caringly wrapped in a little plastic bag so it wouldn’t leak on the sub.
A+ for effort and good quality filings too

Awesome place. Very friendly people. Got a free sub with t-mobile and there subs were great tasting.
