Elisse booked my cruise to Alaska, scheduled to leave 9/2019. Tracey Purcell called 6/2019 to say “owner” was gone with company credit card and they needed to make payment to cruise line. She claimed she was asking others this same request due to situation: use personal credit card for payment, or reschedule cruise for later date. She assured me I would be repaid as soon as “owner” returned.

Stupidly I agreed after demanding it all be in writing, which I never got. I did get promises of repayment … the date kept changing. They told BBB the reason for everything was ‘restructuring’. Apparently they restructured their bank accounts.

The only thing I know is that I paid two times for one cruise, a cruise I went on, but I only went once and paid twice even though I have repeatedly called and emailed for reimbursement. They just stopped responding, even with BBB.

I will never use First Class Vacations again. I can’t afford them.

Been trying to get my money returned for two years. So instead I rebooked with them and it was cancelled due to covid . I’ve been given many stories of how I will be getting my money but it hasn’t happened yet and now they are avoiding me. They owe me $1540 but say they owe me &1100.00.It doesnt matter cause they aren’t going to give it anyway.I know cause I went through this two years ago with them. They lie horribly and come up with the best stories which of course are just a deterrent to keep you thinking they are going to do something. I am now back to making phone calls to the BBB and Attourney Genersls office to see what I can do. I am 65 years old and am a Senior which I believe they can get into more trouble just for scamming a Senior! Pretty sad when people scam hard working people or the poor/vulnerable out of their social security checks!Beware people of this company!

do not use this company, lots of promises, no actual travel. They call every year to charge more to keep your package current if you don’t use it right away. This was a big mistake and an even bigger rip off!

I paid over $5,000 for a cruise. After they received the final payment a cruise was booked. We booked excursions but later were notified in December 2017 that we were being refunded our excursion payment and our cruise had been cancelled for nonpayment. After several unanswered phone calls we finally reached someone and were told a new cruise would be booked. Never happened. We tried to get our money back several times with no luck. Even though we were assigned a representative, we were still unable to book a cruise or get our money back. It’s been 2 years of trying to get a response from them other than later. These people should be prosecuted for theft. DON’T BUY ANYTHING from them.

Arrangements for a cruise through this company has been nothing but a big headache. Stephen Bradley in sales does not stick by his word. Once we paid the fees and tried to book he would not rerun phone calls to explain why we could not get the accommodations he promised. The reservationist we were passed to is now no longer with the company and now we have no contact to try to complete a booking. In short we have paid over $5000 for a 7 day New England cruise with a two day hotel room in Quebec City and no body with 1st class vacations will return a call. In short STEER CLEAR. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL.
