What I liked about working with Gabe and Eitan is that they were upfront and honest about whether or not my house was one they wanted to buy. I never felt pressured and they actually offered a lot more than what my bottom dollar sales price was. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Communication was great and we spoke regularly. They did everything they said they were going to do.

I called several cash home buying companies and they all wanted to give me low ball offers. What I liked most about FL Real Estate Buyers is that they laid out several options for me – including ones that did them no benefit!! These guys were EXCELLENT to work with. I had a feeling the whole time that they truly care about helping and wanted my best interest. At least hear what they have to say because they will not pressure you into anything.

Gabe and Eitan were fantastic to work with. I had a very complicated situation with my Mom’s condo. Many companies were making promises and I did not know who to trust exactly. After having a short conversation with Gabe, I felt that what he said made sense and took the leap of faith in trusting him. I’M GLAD I DID!! He and Eitan helped me so much and did everything they said they would do. Thank you guys and keep helping people!! I’m going to name my first child after Gabe!

I was very happy with FL Real Estate Buyers. My house had many showings and their notifications of when the showings were going to happen was very informative. Gabe told me the options of sale, or rental and even the option of a property management company if I decided on renting it. For me a sale was best suited and within a month I had a contract for its sale. Then the sale was finalized in less than two months from the time I signed with Gabe. You can’t beat that. Gabe was always available in short order if I had a question or concern. Gabe is easy to get along with and there was no high pressure to sign with him and FL Real Estate Buyers. I now can enjoy my retirement even more!
