Flash Fire Pizza

Pizza was average. Toppings were good and fresh but the Mac and cheese I was looking forward to was awful. Was hoping for cheesy noodles baked in cheese. Instead I couldn’t taste the cheese at all. I kept searching around the box for the cheese and it was very plain.

With a great group of people working with you. On top of that I miss the owner that use to own flash fire pizza . His name is Bruce, young heavy white guy with short hair and a Beard he was very nice nice guy I’m gonna miss him he was awesome . Ok got to go now hopefully I’ll be there soon . Overall I was disappointed. I can summarize this fast causal restaurant in one sentence.

This is a wannabe blaze pizza with higher prices and less included options.

Pizza was alright. Prob 7/10
Not happy about the clarity / transparency in additional cost of meats and topping options.

Build you own should mean just that. Not build your own of these limited & cheaper options only. This really rubbed me the wrong way. Will not be back likely or recommend this place going forward.

It was our first time here and stopped here to eat after visiting Morikami Museum and Japanese Garden. It’s a build your own pizza kind of place and they have many options but we choose from there premade menu. We got the BBQ Chicken pizza and Hawaiian pizza and they were both so delicious. If we are ever in the area again, we’d definitely stop here again. Masked are required.

I was craving their mac and cheese pizza so I went in for lunch. Ooey gooey cheesy crunchy. Yummy. They make them fresh on whatever type of crust you prefer. You can create your own or order one from a selection of delicious choices. Very fast, very hot and very fresh. The place is clean. The parking is easy. Staff is friendly. Great for a quick and satisfying meal.
