Gaston and his team were always very honest, very insightful and very prompted to get any issue (big or small) solved without any stress. When you have someone managing your propriety from the other side of the country, you are looking for someone insightful, knowledgeable and fair. Gaston and his team are all of these and more.
Their communication was always very good and smooth.
We ended up selling our Unit and Gaston, once again, did a fabulous job finding the right buyer to pay the right price.

FPM has managed our Florida rental property for the last 7+ years, all this time they have provided an outstanding service despite having to deal with the many challenges that are expected from any endevour with many stakeholders.

Their team is able to find the right balance between offering great service to tenants while protecting owner’s cash-flow. Being an out of town owner meant all the heavy lifting was done by them which made all the difference in the world.

Not only that, it’s easy to pay bills, check any information needed in regards to one’s lease/rentals and put in the requests either online or through a Portal App on my iPhone.

I have been living in a home managed by Florida Property Management Services since the end of July. They are very professional, easy to contact and to work with. I have only had a couple of service requests and they have been taken care of very quickly. I love how easy it is to pay my rent on the portal as well. If I need to rent a different home in the future, I won’t hesitate if the property is managed by the same company. They make sure that everything is in top shape before you move in. Overall, I am having a fantastic experience with this company.

I have been a tenant in one of the properties managed by Florida Property Management for the past 5 years and just moved out due to relocating to another State for a new job opportunity. I wanted to share what a great experience I have had over these years. Their service when I first moved into the unit was great. They did a very detailed move in report with over 400 pictures, very useful when is time to move out and compare for damages. We found a couple of items and in 48 hours their repaired person took care of them. Property was great and i just needed few maintenance service but every time I requested service the response was immediate. The accounting was accurate and when I had a question it was professionally answered. I truly recommend Florida Property Management Services LLC as a reliable company that deals with integrity and professionalism.
