Samantha was beyond wonderful. She made our transition from Chicago to Florida incredibly easy. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She responded quickly to anything asked and was always so incredibly helpful for the millions of questions I had. She was on top of everything and was fast with getting us the approval we needed. I would highly recommend Samantha and will definitely be using her when we move again.

Sam was my realtor and the personable, efficient service she gave to me and my roommates is very rare these days. I cannot say enough good things about Florida’s Best Realty! We have been using them for all our rental properties and new purchases for the past 8+ years. When we first met Marshall, he helped us get the most reliable & cleanly renters. (I’m a bit OCD ;)) The next property we used FBR for – was a rental property for purchase, and it was cash flow positive on day one! Since then, we have either purchased or rented every one of our properties through Florida’s Best Realty! When it’s time for turnover at any of our properties, Marshall has recommended wonderful vendors if we need any work done to get our place perfect for our new tenants.

Five years ago, when we wanted to move here from Boston, and couldn’t make it to a drawing for a new development, one of his agents went for us on our behalf and entered into a lottery on a new GL home for build – and we won and are now full time here in FL!
