To the employees the had to deal with a nuisance customer tonight, great job! Even though that lady was still causing trouble after not one but two securities came, you guys still handled it well. Retail is such a hassle and I wish people would treat employees with respect.

I used to love shopping at Forever 21. I understand this is not your guys’ fault, but your clothing has gone downhill. I used to find really cute stuff here. I don’t know if you guys changed vendors or what, but the material has become so thin and easily torn. However, I will say you guys have a large selection to browse through and it’s a very big space you guys have.
