I usually try not to share anything negative on business since I understand it’s a difficult time for everyone.
But today I experienced something that I can’t let pass by. I experienced threats and mistreatment that I don’t wish upon anyone.
I’ve signed up for a 12 months laser hair removal program. I’ve been using the service for the past 2 months. Let’s start and say that I don’t see any results (and I have experience with different companies where I did see results after 2 months).
Today I asked to stop the monthly payments since I’m flying to a different states and don’t know when I’ll be back.
The business owner started threatening me that he’ll ruin my credit and humiliated me for not being an American.
I never experienced anything like it and when I had monthly payments in different establishments they always respected my wishes. No one ever got into personal discussions about my life and place of birth.
This is unacceptable. He can’t threaten me in order to make money!
Of course I stopped the payments through my bank, but still, I’m feeling very disappointed.
I recommend for everyone to stay away from this business.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY WILL CONTINUE CHARGING YOUR CARD LONG AFTER YOUR CONTRACT WITH THEM HAS ELAPSED.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

UPDATE: Contract was over. You continued to charging the card without permission. Were contacted numerous times to refund, but never received a refund. Had to dispute with bank – and won.

Four Seasons Laser Center is the best, I’m almost done with my laser hair removal, the staff is very professional e the clínicos very clean with all the guide lines for Covid-19. I really recommend this place…

To start off, this is my first review ever. I went to the location in Boston (before they closed) and am writing this as a warning to all. THE NEW OWNER IS THE BROTHER OF THE FOUNDER AND WILL TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. Sergio refused to cancel monthly payments even after contracts ended. He dodged my calls and after a while I found out he was doing the same thing to other customers. I called my bank who was able to stop the payments because the owner could not supply proof. I also overheard he was withholding paychecks from his staff. He is a thief, plain and simple. The boston location even tried to rope new customers into contracts when they knew they were closing within a couple months. I know they have good prices, but if you can find a alternative place, please do. Don’t support a snake.

Very peaceful atmosphere…I just loved the relaxing waiting room. Front staffs were totally polite, welcoming and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job asking about my comfort level, introducing products, what to expect…very informative! I recommend this place to everyone who asks how I have such clear skin!
