Gersper Team sets the bar at the highest notch!! From the first detailed conversation about your needs and wants, until your surprise luxury gift basket that magically appears in your brand new empty home when you arrive (I think he hides in the closet, and sneaks out the back door…not sure how else it magically arrives. 🤣)…We truly couldn’t imagine having gone through our journey with anyone else! We originally began working with them back in 2016 for a rental; we lived out of town and did everything via email, text and phone. We had only a few hours to see all of the places Mike had put together for us, and be able to sign the lease before we had to leave town again. Literally, the first one he showed us was perfect and even after seeing the others we still decided on the first. So smooth. So efficient. He just got everything right! So we obviously knew that when it came time to buy, Gersper Team was it. We never even considered working with anyone else. It was just so reassuring to have them there for us when we needed them. Fast forward to this summer, 2 kids later, we finally found a home that felt right for us. As first time homebuyers Mike became such an asset and confidant in our home buying choice. He was relentlessly patient over months and months as he waited for us to finally be ready to purchase. Constantly checking in with us and sending us great listings! Pivoting with every change that we needed him to (and our needs changed constantly!) And we finally got it right! He never faltered, just kept smiling, joking and showing us listings. He kept telling us that the perfect house would come up. And it was so easy to trust him. And it did. There was nothing that he either couldn’t give us great solid advice on, or recommend someone that could. And we felt so confident making our purchase because of the support and trust we had in him. From the showing to the closing, smooth as glass. We kept waiting for all of the horrible stories people tell you about buying a house, but it never came. Of course things came up, and we hustled, but we may never know how hard Mike and Catherine were working behind the scenes to make this process so smooth for us! They were on the ball! Working hard to keep everyone on a timeline… including us, and let me add that they literally got our sellers to put a new roof on our house before closing…. and we closed on time (mind blown!)…We have been in our new home for a month now, and it’s been a whirlwind, getting settled, unpacking with two small children…but every night I light the little candle from their “Welcome Home” basket and I have so much gratitude for their guidance, support, friendship, and dedication to helping us find our first home. I know that their hearts are truly in all of their clients experiences, and you can feel it when you meet them! We are beyond elated and forever grateful. They will not let you down! Mike and Catherine sold our villa in less than two days and even had multiple contracts. Their professional and personal attention to our sale went way beyond our expectations. We recently sold our home with the help of Gersper Team Realty. We met with several realtors before listing, but we knew we wanted to work with Mike and Catherine as soon as we met them. They are such a charming couple; we were certain they had the right drive and enthusiasm to make a good sales pitch. We really appreciated that one or the other was available on a moment’s notice to show the house, and they always followed up after showing to get feedback and shared any feedback with us right away. There were some unexpected problems with the house along the way, and they definitely went beyond the call of duty to help us get things resolved swiftly. In addition, after our 1st buyer backed out they somehow managed to get a new offer for us the very next day!
