My family had to make some quick decisions regarding my father in laws’ funeral arrangements and the staff at Glick made the process much easier than we anticipated. It is never easy making these types of arrangements and when we met with Phyllis on a Sunday afternoon she was very kind and gave us options and answered our many questions. When we returned the next day after Bill’s passing we met with Jeffrey. He was able to fit us into his schedule that day and in just about an hour we had most everything dialed in. Jeff was very thoughtful and gave us options and ‘do this, don’t do that’ type of practical advice. He did not try to up-sell us with anything frivolous and in fact gave us some good advice on printing and floral ideas. I I found it refreshing and not at all what we expected. In a bizarre twist of fate I had a long time friend lose his father in law the very same day and we gave him our recommendation to use Glick and they too were impressed with the level of compassion and service that was provided. The priest and music director from our church gave high praise of the Glick’s so I knew we had made the right choice many times over.
