Grey Team

The first day I met with Trish for an assessment, we took my measurements she could tell that I was not happy with myself. Trish with her kind words said, “That’s okay. You’re here now and we’re going to help you learn to take care of yourself.”
Trish is a fantastic trainer with great sense of humor so every session is filled with so much laughter.
Her positive attitude, and motivation. Empowers you to work out even harder even when you don’t think you can do it. At the end of each session , I’m so looking forward to the next one and what she has in store for me. She is very supportive in the way that she checks up on you and ask how you’re doing/feeling. I’m very honored to be able the have such a professional trainer like Trish coaching  me to achieve my fitness and lifestyle goals!

Grey Team is an awesome organization that helps vets and provides a safe space for us to feel at home everytime we visit. They have a well-designed gym with the best modern machines, a state-of-the-art light therapy bed for muscle and body rejuvenation, and even a sauna where you can relax and watch Netflix. The amazing staff and physical trainers are dedicated to helping vets achieve their best fitness level and live their best life. They also have fun community events like football games and movies where we can all hang out and meet fellow vets. This is definitely where it’s at!! So grateful for Grey Team!!!

In an organization like this, heart is everything. They are filled to the brim. The project exists because they care! Also, the gym is the most beautiful around, their healing technologies are top notch and their people are expert. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Grey Team is without a doubt a blessing to all who have served! From their warm welcoming staff to their top of the line equipment, it is truly a way to give back to the veteran community. Being an infantryman in the Marine Corps I have suffered many injuries which I still feel the affects of today, thanks to Grey team I can definitely feel myself physically and mentally getting back to where I need to be! Not to mention what an awesome place just to hangout and be with like minded people! Thank you Grey Team
