Horrible services….. The bus im on broke down @7am its now 9:30am were just stuck I have my 4 month old infant. He has asthma its hot with no ac. I called customer service to get a refund they hung up on me…. This is ridiculous….. Greyhound is bad business

I was ridding Tri-Rail but I never did it till the end. It was fun. The Miami Airpot station is very nice. Great parking area, easy access for Uber/lift/taxis. Restrooms are clean. The area is safe

Worst experience ever , they tell you to be 30 min early ,i arrived 45 min before no buss ,then i called and they tell me the bust left early. And costumer service its rude and usles.
