Thank you to Grieco Fords’ Charlotte Major for making the car buying experience such a over the top pleasant one. Especially in this day an age where people assume everything is easier to do online, it was a way better experience overall for my son and I purchasing our next vehicle in person. I had a continued positive experience taking possession of my new Bronco Sport through Grieco Ford in Delray Beach, FL. My sales consultant, Jordan, who took over where Liz left off, was attentive and accessible throughout the waiting period. The pickup process went quickly and the finance professional, David, was pleasant and not the least bit pushy. All in all, a good buying experience here that I hope will transition into a maintained positive long term customer relationship now that the sale has been completed. Will provide feedback on future customer service if any changes noted.

I recently came into the dealership not knowing what I wanted but knew my budget and I Jazmin TOTALLY respected it and found me a vehicle that fit perfectly into my budget and vision- not the regular salesmen bump!
