Potential Employers Beware!!! I applied for a position with this company recently. Was contacted via a team lead for initial phone interview. That conversation was very interesting and engaging. The team lead thought it would be a good idea to move forward in the interview process. Thus, I was sent a interview invite via email for a second interview. This interview was suppose to be a zoom interview. At the time of the interview I waited at least ten minutes in the personal zoom meeting room just for no one else to join. After ten minutes I reached out to the initial team leader who interview to ask if the interview was still happening. She replied back that the zoom interview will be held by a different associate in a different zoom personal meeting room. Thus, I went to the new zoom personal meeting room to do the interview. The interviewee never showed up. Thus, I contacted the interviewer to ask if she still conducting the interview. She replied back with and stated that I was late to the meeting so therefore they will not be moving forward and good luck. I was flabbergasted at the disrespect and lack of accountability. Thus, if you are a potential employee, please trend carefully with this company.

They keep calling me and harassing me with Sales calls. I’ve just gotten the 5th call/email today after telling them to stop contacting me the first few times. None the less, I don’t think I could take a company with this name seriously.

Just wasted 15 minutes with Vernon trying to schedule an appointment. This is not a human this is a mess. If I did not need the service I would not go to the Joey Acardi dealership. This is not added service this is a blocker to waste your time. Let people look you do not need to pop up in 5 seconds from being on the site. Vernon was no help and wasted time needing everything he calls “BASIC Information” . Do you have your full name, phone number email address, vin, year, make, model of your vehicle as basic. They should stop using to get more customers then loosing them.

Whatever is on the other end of this chat app is either a poorly trained script reader or a bot trying to answer basic questions. I grew frustrated quickly and actually felt deceived that I was going to be talking to someone at the auto dealership when in fact I was not. Just a word of advice do not ask if I’m still here constantly while I’m typing out an answer to a question. This app actually made an already weak service issue much more likely to cause me to leave as a customer.

There is a character limit, so I cannot post the chat conversation. I attached a picture that should convince anyone that it is a bot (and a bad one at that). It was a time-sensitive issue, and the bot was more than useless. If I believed their statement that it was “not a bot,” I would be furious and the dealership would lose a sale. I’m still a bit upset that I wasted so much time chatting with an inept computer with no clear path to escalate an issue. At the very minimum they should have a way to detect chats that are going south and then direct them to a human or to the dealership’s actual sales staff. I also am mad that they lie about being chat-bots. That shows poor moral character for this company, but also reflects poorly on the dealership.
If you are thinking about buying this wonderful work of ineptitude, just go to their website after hours and ask their chat something. Try asking something over and over again. I got the same response each time. A human would not respond that way.
