Anytime I need to purchase, Carlos is just a phone call away. Although I reside in Georgia, there were two items at this particular location. Each time, Carlos was extremely polite and a true professional. My belt was beautifully wrapped and shipped without delay. Now, I’m waiting on my new headband to arrive via FedEx.

Love the brand but like most high end retailers, the personality of the employees leaves quite a bit to be desired

Customer service was great until I came in to pick up shoes I ordered for my fiancé. Gucci made me wait in like to get in there store and refused to bring the shoes out. I’ll never shop here again. Ordering online is the way to go.
