Hampton Inn Boca Raton

The hotel is clean and in a great location. Moreover, the entire staff is professional and helpful with any requests you may have. Also, Ashton at the front desk is one of the best customer facing hotel employees I have had the good fortune to deal with, she is a tremendous asset to the Hilton enterprise.

The time for check in was extremely late (4pm) and the check out was very early (11am). Although they did help giving us one more hour to be able to check out, the breakfast that was included was a joke (one hard boiled egg and a mini waffle). The room was nice and comfortable and the cleaning ladies were kind, for that I’m giving them 3 stars.

Check in was 2 hours ago, room is still not ready. Would be fine if we did not have to go to a funeral right after check inn. So disappointed, especially after we were told our room would be ready.

Wonderful front desk staff. Cletus was especially helpful. Clean comfortable rooms and very good price.

While the hotel itself is nice I am underwhelmed.
My room window is completely blocked by a wall, the pre measured coffee in the room is dishwater at best. The coffee in The lobby is also brown water.. the pictures of the pool and gymnasium are actually pictures of a gym that’s near by, they will give you passes for but it is not on site.
Not thrilled.
