Hardenburgh Plumbing

Our toilets were clogged and sewage water was coming up in our showers. I called Roto-Rooter and was hung up on 3 times until I finally got to speak to someone and they said it would be 4 hours until someone could come up. That would have been 2AM so I decided to call Mr. Hardenburgh. At midnight on a Sunday night he was kind enough to come out and unclog our system. What a life saver!! Thank you so much!

Ted is friendly, funny, godly, and extremely knowledgeable and professional! My tears and fears are gone! He explained everything, was not after the “buck” and taught me a lot. As needed, I hope to call on his help again. Highly recommend. He does a lot of emergency calls, so be patient with his schedule. I learned patience in the process and was greatly rewarded. Best plumbing service is Boca! I live in another state and have property in Boca. We visit the property once or twice a year and found that there has been a plumbing issue that cause damage to the the first floor. Hardenburgh plumbing was able to get out there quickly and resolve the issue with no one being home. He spent several hours, located all the damaged piping, and repaired them all the same day. He kept contact and updated us throughout the visit. Very trustworthy, Polite, and professional. Will definitely be a return customer! Very reasonable pricing. They were scheduled to come earlier this week. Didn’t call and didn’t show up. I called to check and decided to give them another chance. He came back to my house, said he couldn’t park his truck (there were plenty of spaces he could have used in the community) and said he’d come back on Saturday. After waiting 15 minutes past the scheduled time, I called to ask him where he was (originally the voice mail was full). He called back and said he was picking up supplies and he’d be 1.5 hours. I told him “no thanks”. Three strikes. So unprofessional.

I truly recommend this man and his service. He is 100% reliable. I had a big problem where my ceiling was leaking in my own home. I had pieces from my ceiling falling on the floor and he literally saved my home by replacing my pipelines and taking the time to get the job done right. His prices are so affordable!
