Living here for over 10 years, my family have been through numerous property management companies at different communities. Hawk Eye Management is professional and responsive. Everyone you come in contact with is extremely helpful and nice. Phone calls and emails are always returned in a timely manner, questions are answered. It’s a pleasure to work with Hawk-Eye Management.

Dealing with a billing issue since February and have left several messages for the Property Manager and never calls back or emails back – but they quickly bill you fees or send notifications … unfortunately not much you can do when you are part of an HOA

This company is incompetent to say the least. They constantly target individual owners to score points with the association , meanwhile they ignore complaints. They show bias and prejudice and they discriminate. They have this woman that is incompetent and is unfit to be handling the responsibilities that she has.

The “positive “ reviews are fake. I don’t believe these are real.

We miss mike. Since his passing the level of service received and professional has gone downhill.
