I called them because I wasn’t able to carry any of my large furniture by myself, and wanted to donate my furniture since they’re still usable. I now understand the negative reviews honestly. They sent two very slim guys to pick up my furniture, and they both told me that they couldn’t take it because one couch is too big for them to carry, and the other one has a small rip. If they told me that they couldn’t take the couches, they should have said so when I scheduled the appointment. I’m only giving them 3 stars because they were able to take a side table and an ottoman and because they wore a mask.

No Show. Unreliable: I waited days for them to pickup huge, new items blocking my living room. I turned down other charities because this one was allegedly going to take. Brand new mattress. Once the big day arrived, I waited over 5 hours and they entirely failed to show up.

9pick provides a great free pickup service and then sells the items at their Thrift stores so they can donate a portion of the sales to Networking to Help Children

I’ve dealt with them when I needed to get rid off some furniture and accessories in Deerfield Beach and Downtown Fort Lauderdale. They were very respectful, polite and very appreciative. I referred a friend to them and will use them again in the future when needed.

came to pick up furniture and decided that a deliberately stressed coffee table which had barely been used and in great condition worth over $800 was not in good condition. Clueless! how much are they turning down on the decisions of the pick up crew. I now have $2000 in sofas that I need to get picked up and they are in great condition and barely used…. won’t be calling these guys.
