Just went in to pick up a take out order. Manager had a complex about himself. Instead of being polite and accommodating. Instead, he was talking down to guests at the bar, then another patron behind me also picking up a to go order. The guests didn’t provoke him in any way. Maybe he needs to understand the guests coming in are the ones that enable him to be employed.

A year ago we were for the very first time in EEUU travelling to Orlando from Miami and made a stop at Hooters, without any reference, trying to take a quick lunch and return the journey.
We pleasantly found this place, took a sit and immediately one of those incredible beautiful women on your staff treated us – my wife and my daughter- like any customer want to be served. With the best efforts, despite our poor english, she understood our needs and made for us a great moment. Everything was wonderful to me. One year later I say: Thank you, we`ll be back soon

The manager is rude and condescending. He doesn’t know how to speak to the girls or customers. I went to pick my “to go order” ( already paid for) and he asked for my name, gave it to him & then he proceeded to ID me. I pick up pretty regularly from this place and not once I’ve been asked for my ID so I just had my phone and car keys with me. He then asked for my receipt, I found it off but thought that’s probably a new procedure they are enforcing. However, a gentleman came in after me, just said his name, and the lady gave him his order, no questions asked or proof of receipt.

Phenomenal establishment. Great service, juicy flavorful wings. Outdoor seating with TVs in each direction. Cold beer. What more can you ask for?
