They did not respond to 3 inquiries, when I called it was an unpleasant experience, felt like I’d been admonished (Think bad dog) get the feeling this is a two bit outfit that buys for pennies and re-sells for $$$

Larry bought test strips from on EBay. He said that two of the boxes were torn and we agreed that I would give a partial refund and he would return the boxes. I had trouble getting a shipping label to him to return the items and I emailed him and offered to send him a label or to pay him directly for shipping, as I couldn’t print one directly from eBay. He never responded. On March 12 he finally responded that he received label and sent box back. I never received my items. I emailed him a few times asking about the items and he finally responded for me to stop contacting him and that he destroyed the items because eBay stated the case was closed….yes closed because he got his money back! He is obviously a very RUDE man that took advantage of me. I should of never gave the refund but I felt it was the right thing. The test strips were fine, it was just the external box they come in. I did file a complaint about him with EBay.
