I absolutely love this place! Tammy is a lovely person whose attention to detail is amazing. Not only do I leave with beautiful lashes every time, she is always totally flexible with my schedule and should I ever need to come in for a Touch up or a special occasion she works me in. *Special note about Covid: Tammy takes precautions very seriously. She disinfects between each client, never has more than 1 client in her establishment at a time, and is meticulous about taking temperatures and keeping a record of each clients information at every visit. Highly recommend!

Hoy P’loy is such a beautiful establishment! Carol & Tammy there have managed to maintain the warmth of the environment but they are so diligent about keeping their space clean, disinfected, and safe. I felt very comfortable with getting my services there because of how thorough they are with their sanitary measures especially during this time. Their customer service was amazing and my eyelashes and brows have literally never looked better! This place is both a gem and a safe haven!!!!!

Tammy did a great job with my lashes. They look beautiful! I’ve never gotten them done before, and was told that it would take about 2 hours from my friend that gets hers done at another place regularly. Not here though! It took her about an hour to do my full set. Not because they were done poorly, but because she has been doing this for a long time (I believe she said 8 years). The only downside is that you do have to book in advance as she does book up quickly. I guess I’m not the only one that has discovered this gem! I’ll definitely be returning to get my lashes done here again.
